Logic Audio

A list of sources for information

Logic Pro is my DAW program of choice for all recording and MIDI needs. I've been using it since Notator first became available in the mid-eighties, and have stuck with it. It has an extremely useful newsgroup, in the event of problems with set-up, configuration and use. Here are some shortcuts to various sites which give a far more detailed scrutiny to the ins-and-outs of the program. The FAQ pages, hosted by one of the MIDI gurus, Hendrik Jan Veenstra, contains all kinds of tips and tricks, and is well worth investigating.

The Logic-user group on Yahoo groups can be found at

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/logic-users/

and the Logic Users' web-site is at

http://logic-users.org

This site should be bookmarked by all Logic Users as they have a number of Group Buys, which are where the Group combines to buy good equipment, plug-ins, audio cards etc,. at vastly-reduced prices because of the amount of sales - generally this achieves a reduction of 50% on List Price.

Some Help files that many Users have found invaluable can be found on Edgar Rothermich's site. They are free to download but a donation via Pay-pal is appreciated.
